great framing with the rose window and triangular towers pointing skyward. I pass by a similar looking cathedral on my way to each morning. Recently they cleaned the front and it is amazing to see the difference between how these things looked originally and their patchy dark stained appearance now.
Your image has reminded me that I've been meaning to get some shots of the one near me.

@Jason Kravitz: You are most welcome Jason, it's a pleasure to spark ideas! Would love to see pictures of your cathedral!
@bronzebilly u.k.: Hi billy, I'm so happy that you like my plain pictures! Your artistic ones are so beautiful, quite often I miss the words express my delight :-)
Thanks for your kind offer Markus - that would be really fantastic! He's a cousin - we shared direct ancestors - who rose too be quite influential in the late 1600s in English politics. I love collecting photos for my family tree database so your shot would be very welcome indeed! cheers Bron ps if you see any others with that surname would you mind taking a shot of their tombs too? (Don't go out of your way - only if you come across them!) His son Francis and daughter in law Henrietta might also be buried there
